Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose data if required by law or to respond to legal processes, enforce our terms of service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and services.
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Dane Street. This includes SMS messages for reminders and scheduling requests. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

We use Workable to assist us with our recruitment process. We subscribe to all privacy rules outlined and enforced by Workable as specified on its website.

Access

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you our services nor penalize your candidacy if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.
Opt-out of Automated Decision-Making Technology (Profiling)
Dane Street does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise the rights described above, you must send us a request email that (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected personal data; and (2) describes your request in sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered ("Valid Request"). We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. We will only use personal data provided in a Valid Request to verify you and complete your request. You do not need an account to submit a Valid Request.
