Will Fulton
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Dane Street, Will served as COO for Innovation Group, North America, (a world-wide provider of Business Process Outsourcing services for the insurance industry) where he was responsible for the overall management of the company and its various products and services. This included the management and operations of Call Centers, Process Management and Network Management, as well as business development and new ventures. Prior to Innovation Group, Will held key management positions at First Notice Systems, (the nation’s premier provider of First Notice of Loss services) since 1996. As President of First Notice Systems, Will directed the acquisition of the company by Innovation Group in 2006. Before joining First Notice, Will was a top sales performer at Individual, Inc. and Spinnaker Software. Will graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont.

Josh Remillard
Chief Operating Officer

Josh has spent the past 12 years working in the US claim services marketplace. He began his career in claims at Liberty Mutual and joined Dane Street in 2014 where he has held a variety of operational management and client facing roles. Josh excels at developing scalable operational models which can support rapid expansion, while building teams that are committed to consistent and sustained customer service excellence. In his current role, Josh oversees IME/Peer Review Operations for our Workers’ Compensation, Disability, Health Plan, and Auto divisions. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Josh is located in our Palm Beach Gardens office.

Greg Powers
Chief Marketing Officer

Prior to joining Dane Street, Greg spent the past 9 years as Chief Marketing Officer/SVP Sales for Innovation Group, which acquired First Notice Systems (where Greg was SVP Sales) in 2006. Greg led the US sales, business development and marketing efforts, which resulted in client growth from 30 companies to over 120 companies in the Workers' Compensation, Auto and Property markets. Under his leadership, the company received industry recognition and awards around its client growth and customer-specific achievements from AM Best, Novarica, Celent, Insurance Networking News, Tech Decisions and Forbes Magazine. Before joining First Notice Systems in 2001, he held various sales/sales management roles in the software and information services space. Greg received his BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, and his MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

Sarah Chag
Chief Business Officer

Sarah cultivated a career in support and customer service. Her years in the legal field and management prepared Sarah for the role of Senior Vice President, overseeing both Human Resource and Finance. Since joining Dane Street in 2014, Sarah held a number of support and leadership roles, focusing on staff and client initiatives, driving client service excellence within our operations and oversight to our accounting and financial reporting. Sarah graduated from Wheaton College and holds a degree in Political Science. In 2020, she attained her Sr. Human Resource designation and is a certified Sr. Human Resource Professional. Sarah began her career in our Corporate office and currently resides in Boston.

Anne Kirby
Chief Strategy Officer

Anne Kirby RN, BSN brings over 30 years of Clinical and Operations experience in Utilization Review, Claims and Medical Management to Dane Street as Chief Strategy Officer. Most recently, Anne served as Chief Operations Officer for Rising Medical, responsible for oversight of their service suite. She has been integral in developing a variety of products as well as working with customers, product management and implementation teams. Her experience also includes the role of Chief Compliance Officer, working with a team to ensure compliance with state rules, business continuity requirements, URAC and HITRUST verification. In addition to overseeing Dane Street’s overall corporate strategy Anne will oversee service delivery for Dane Street’s Physician Advisor Services division, as well as working closely with its national physician panel and team of Medical Directors.

Pam Lifsey
Chief People Officer

Pam joined Dane Street in 2011 and has served in several leadership positions, all centered around people, communications and programs. Pam brought 20 years of experience to Dane Street where, in her previous role she was Vice President of Human Resources with Concentra. Throughout her career, she has managed every aspect of HR, including Employee Selection, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits all within the healthcare and insurance industries. Currently, she supports all initiatives involving Care for our Customers, Care for our Employees and Care for our Company. This includes training, employee relations, programs and communications. Pam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing at Middle Tennessee State University and held several professional designations and certifications including SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and various training certifications.

John Stull
President of the Government Services Division

John Stull is the President of the Government Services Division at Dane Street, where he is currently working to expand the company into the federal and state medical services space. Before joining Dane Street, John served as the President of Be Worthy Foods, where he owned, operated, and ran several franchise food businesses across the Midwest. John has over 20 years of comprehensive management experience in surgical equipment, medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, biologics, and the military and business. John’s extensive military experience began when he enlisted at 18 and was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division, deploying to Iraq for Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He received an appointment to the United States Military Academy where he graduated in June 1995. John graduated from Ranger School and served as an Infantry Lieutenant in the 101st Airborne Division. John calls Connecticut home and is a member of the West Point Society of New England, the West Point Society of Connecticut, and the Army Football Club. He also serves as the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army and has a great passion for mentoring soldiers: past, present, and future.
